A few weeks ago I lost both earrings that I absolutely loved while shopping. However, I was able to find the one. I sent the earring to Silver Forest Repair and received a replacement pair in about a week! Not only did they send the replacement pair, they also sent a pack of rubber backings to prevent this from happening again. Kudos to their customer service!
